Started out with a recruiter asking me all about my involvement in high school. Didn't seem interested when discussing what I do now. Went into group interview which was very stuffy. No one presenting seemed enthusiastic at all and you could hear a pen drop in the room. We went into one-on-ones and the robotic lady just looked me up and down and gave me minutes to rush through each job I had. They want your WHOLE job experience. Even stupid retail jobs in high school. Then I filled out a candidate survey with repeated questions from the first phone interview. They surprisingly scheduled me for a phone interview and called to cancel 5 minutes before. Then I come in for an in-person again and yet another robot lady who was not warm at all and just looked me up and down. It was clear she had written me off before even coming there. She told me I didn't have enough sales experience (so why are you wasting my time bringing me in?). They basically distract you with the perks and call it warm calling. Pretty sure anyone can memorize a script and make calls. I thought everyone who interviewed me was extremely rude and judgmental besides the recruiter. They were never interested in getting to know me more. Just repeated questions about high school and tearing apart my resume. I never thought I'd be talking about an old retail job when I was 16 again. Very odd and useless. They just read down a list and have no interviewing skills. They were incredibly rude about any job that was shorter than a year and acted like I was incompetent because I didn't work during summers in college. It was a complete waste of time. Don't string someone along for over a month and then tell them they aren't qualified. Anyone can sit there and make phone calls 8 hours a day.
