I would introduce myself and lay out expectations and the foundation for what the company wants all the way from Servicing the guests to productivity and efficiency. At the same time, developing a fun and friendly culture among the team which will translate to helping all guests have a pleasant and frictionless experience at Round One. Establishing routines within the team would be a top priority because if the team understands completely what their expectation is, then they can be held accountable for performance and the business will run efficiently to corporate standards.
