One long phone interview w/ immediate supervisor, followed by a long phone interview w/ Exec. VP of division. Flew out to corporate HQ a couple of weeks later with interview w/ immediate supervisor, exec. VP, and manager of inside sales team (not really sure why she was there). Pretty much softball questions about experience, traits, success in sales, and whether company and I would be a good fit. Went to lunch with immediate supervisor, where verbal offer was made. Written offer made a few days later via email.
*Note: immediate supervisor said at lunch on interview date that if I sold a $20K kiosk, my comm. would be $1,500...that changed to $500 once I accepted the position at went to company orientation. Also, in phone interview w/ Exec. VP, I was told that my salary would be $60K... instead, offer was for a firm $55K.
