Il processo di colloquio in Huawei è stato ben strutturato e professionale. Ho sostenuto un primo colloquio conoscitivo con il reparto HR, seguito da un colloquio tecnico con domande specifiche sulle competenze informatiche richieste. Successivamente, ho affrontato una breve prova pratica legata alla risoluzione di problematiche di rete e sistemi. Infine, vi è stato un incontro finale con il manager di riferimento, utile a comprendere il ruolo e le prospettive di crescita.
