I had a 45 minutes meeting which consisted of a series of questions and answers about my experience, my industry knowledge and my motivation. Interview was performed by my future line manager. I did not have any phone interview before, and did not have a second stage interview which I expected. I guess they were satisfied from the beginning so they didn't feel the need to review my motivation a second time
