I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The internship interview was in the hotel event room across from my school. There were two back-to-back interviews, each around 20-30 minutes. Most of the questions were the general behavioral interview questions you would expect. Nothing too aggressive or difficult. Make sure you show great passion for the company and the industry.

Interview
Interview started with introduction followed by technical questions from my resume experiences and projects. Then some general Machine Learning, Deep Learning and computer vision questions. For example overfitting and under fitting, embedding spaces, unsupervised learning etc.
To be honest was quite nice. Interviewer was genuinely interested in my background and experience. No coding questions but rather open ended project questions and how one could extend existing projects.
