interviewer is kind, good talking, explain a lot about the job content, and ask a lot to check i am a E person or not, i think they looking for a people that is out going.

I attended a walk-in interview, and I think the system is very poor because there is no clear queue system, and miscommunication everywhere. In this walk-in interview, there were 3 interviews held at once: HR, the user, and the final interview.

Interview in english, very fast and direct to the point questions. First you go with HR representative which is a behavioral interview, then if you clear the first screening you go with a local manager (mostly a Chinese person) to talk the details of the role, duties, etc.
