Applied through an Employee, the entire process took about 9 months. Started with HR screening, then with a Chinese guy who read canned questions about networkin stuff. They told me to go, and then when I was on the road recalled me back for another 40mins interview with another Chinese guy.
After about some months they called me many times for several positions and finally did an interview with the Dept. Manager. I accepted only because in Italy, unfortunately, there is no other alternative and I knew I would did a great technical experience.
