I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Manchester, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
3x phone interviews (agency, HR, then HR and VP of Sales) and 1 face to face.(line manager). Was made a verbal offer and then changed mind without explanation, even though they knew I had another offer elsewhere that I had turned down because of them. Do not believe a word they say unless it is in writing, and even then I would doubt them

Interview
The interview process was with 2 hiring managers from China. However due to language barrier, you either need to speek fluently or speak slowly for them to understand and catch your keyword. Try to explain more or ask them a lot of question for you to answer back.

Interview
went through two rounds of interview.
first with hiring manager and team lead / colleague

the HR would help to arrange the interviews and they have very lengthy documents to submit even in between the arranging of the interviews.
