Interview
The interview seems only fishy to me. It looks like that they have a KPI to invite virtually everyone for interview, only to ask many questions that are totally irrelevant to the job that is advertised. It's a big waste of time, because you spend a lot of time preparing for the interview according to the job description, then they seemed not to care about asking questions according to job requirements. If they don't care about assessing your potential skills with respect to a specific job position, why should they make the interview? Do they make interview just to make it looks like that they are working hard (while they don't actually consider hiring at all) ?
It was good and online, the instructor was very good in comminitication and regardless of the answers it was a good experience overall. I recommend to try your chance to enter this company
two interviews; in the first interview, they asked CV-related questions; in the second, it was behavioral and asked for cultural fit. The second interview was with the Chinese manager, and it was a one-to-one interview.

Question 1
The company requires long working hours. How do you feel about this?
It went smooth, 2 OA, 1 HR Call, 1 Technical Call, 1 Manager Call. All went well, they ask based on your title and field. SO get prepared for what you are applying for like which position you know.
