first phone interview with a director; basic technical questions
second phone interview with a group of PhD engineers and managers; very detailed questions about research work and wireless/PHY/MAC related questions, ranging from 3G UMTS to 4G LTE to WiFi to next-gen networks
third interview was an on-site interview doing presentation, and few rounds of technical Q and A

the interview wuestion asked were of medium difficulty it was online and by a chineese guy he didnt understand my english easily but it was ok . experienec was good, they agreed gave me oppourtunity and everything to get there

They will ask you to introduce yourself then will proceed to technical questions. When you say technical terms or ideas, make sure that you can explain those because the interviewers also ask based on your answers.
