Huawei Technologies R&D Engineer interview questions

self introduction at first, then ask the question for the projects in the lab, very detailed question for detailed tech question for the project. C++ question for const * and * const, red-black tree etc. qicik-sort etc.

Actually I was interview before 2005. My resume was posted through internal network. Different branches gave me a phone interview and onsites. But when they found out I have been interveiw by different branches, they don't like it because they think it may waste their time. I finally got one offer. The interview process includes phone interview from HR, technical person, and onsite with technical questions. I was fresh at that time. The questions are not that crazy.
