I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot in Oct 2019
Interview
Pretty seamless. I applied online through their website and submitted a cover letter. Within a week, I was asked to complete a video recording interview (given 72 hours to complete). The very next day I was asked to schedule a phone interview.
Three rounds - Basic call with recruiter, mock call, behavioral questions. It is very straightforward to how they describe it. Be prepared to answer why Hubspot, why sales, goals etc. Make sure to know their company values
