The HubSpot interview process was the most enjoyable interview process of any company I applied for. It starts with a coding challenge which is actually a very practical task that is related to the work you will be doing. If you pass you will have 2 one-hour interviews one after the other which consist in turn of coding/algorithm questions, and architecture questions. During the interviewing process, both the recruiters and the people conducting the interview made me feel comfortable at all times and facilitated breaks for me. They encouraged me to take a few minutes between the interviews to grab some water and maybe use the bathroom, which is something I might have not asked for myself but it was actually quite needed. After these 2 interviews I got an email from the recruiter to ask me if we can schedule a call, and during the call they gave me an offer.
