I was referred to by a friend who works at the company. The entire interview process was straightforward and the interviewers were great. However the recruiter took too long to move me forward through each stage. I was told that the entire interview process was only going to take 3-4 weeks, but it took 4 months instead. When contacting my recruiter about updates for my application, I was left in the dark after asking about my application status and did not get a response until months later about potentially moving forward with the interview process. As a person that got referred, I would have expected that the recruiters would follow through with their time estimates and would be transparent about what's going on with their candidates. It shouldn't take this long for a candidate to go through the whole interview process.
