Subpar interview experience. I submitted an application online and 6 weeks later I was contacted for a first stage interview, and a week later I was moved forward to a second round interview. For both interviews the interviewer changed at the last minute, the scheduler continued to mix time zones around so times also changed repeatedly with incorrect times/dates being sent through. I received absolutely no information on what to prepare or expect even though I had requested that information. More than 3 weeks after my second interview I received an email saying I was unsuccessful with no feedback or reason as to why. From the get go the candidate experience has been poor, and doesn’t match up to what was advertised on the Hubspot website. Overall, a very disappointing experience that left me unlikely to recommend anyone apply for a role at HubSpot.
