The interview process was phenomenal. The managers I interviewed with were friendly, honest, and professional. I had 4 total interviews over 2 weeks and I received an offer quickly afterwards. Unfortunately with a salary offer that was 22% below industry average. I countered and asked them to meet average salary but the revision was still low at 18% below average. I am very disappointed as I was very much looking forward to the role. Not sure why pay is so low here.
