Interview process started out standard, until it wasn’t. Initial call with the recruiter who then moves you on to a call with the hiring manager. Where you are then moved on to an unpaid assignment, followed by an additional three interviews. Total overkill. Then came the rejection with absolutely no feedback, while they promise in depth candidate feedback on their careers landing page.
The interview process was smooth. However, your answers need to align with the STAR method, and they prefere a lot of details. Check the STAR method and try to include as many details as possible in your answers.
HubSpot's interview process was efficient and enjoyable. HR was highly communicative and I never had to question where I stood in the process. I think it only took about two weeks from application to offer.

Interview
Process: Recruiter Chat, Hiring Manager Chat, Chat with Head of Regional Sales, another recruiter check-in, then dropped out of process due to mismatch in salary expectations.
Great experience though, very transparent throughout, pleasant chats with the team.
