Interview
HubSpot is notorious for a long, arduous interview process. It makes sense, given their pay, workplace reviews and benefits. The reality is that even entry level positions such as a BDR meant I was interviewed six times. Each interview, you move closer and closer to your department manager. The first being a general interviewer who wants to see if you'll fit with the HubSpot culture, the last being one of the BDR managers who'd be directly overseeing you.

process was alright, interviewee was impatient and didn't try to see how my current bdr metrics were weighted differently than thier expectations, interviewee was a bid rude and judgy, felt like i couldve had better feedback on the cold call session.

the interview process was difficult as I got thrown heaps of objections and questions back to back but it is very normal in this industry. I should have prepared better and be ready to just fire out answers
