I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot in Aug 2021
Interview
Screened phone call with HR and 30 minute scheduled interview. Hiring manager would have been the next phase in the process. Interview felt forced and robotic, like they knew already I would not be offered a position. Interviewer seemed bored and miserable.
I went through a multi-step interview process that included several initial calls with the recruiter to discuss the role and assess fit, followed by a more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager and a potential future colleague. After that, I participated in a final round consisting of four back-to-back interviews with different managers from various departments, each focusing on specific aspects of the role and how I would contribute to the team.
