Phone screen involved discussion of projects mentioned in the resume. 3 onsite interviews, focusing on both problem solving and conceptual questions based on OS and DBMS. One of onsite interviews was an extremely comprehensive assessment of all technologies put in the resume. For e.g. If there is Java socket programming mentioned, then explain the steps of the socket connection initialization and how JVM internally might handle it.
