I applied online first call with typical HR screening but it was 45 minutes and over Zoom not a phone call. Feels like their job postings are fake and they are not meant to hire anyone, not sure why went through that to waste everyone's time. Maybe fake signals to show they are growing but no intention to fill the roles. Most of the job postings are on there for more than 3 months and after the screen candidate is completely ghosted. I agree with the other review on there, their process was a weird interaction.
