I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in Feb 2008
Interview
After the initial interviews with a recruiter on campus, I visited the headquarters in Louisville, KY. The night before the interviews we had a dinner and a chance to meet some of the managers and directors in the company. The day of the interview I had a chance to meet with 3 different departments for different roles. I was made offers for 2 out of the three roles and the salaries were equalized to make the decision easier for me.
Many interviews, little structure. People did not seem to be interested in being there. Maybe it was just the group or the level of the role. Big company so could be factor.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY)
Interview
Online application, then written test during interview. Not too hard, not too difficult. All stuff you would have learned in college during finance or computer courses. No phone interview was conducted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied online, recieved a call from the recruiter the next day, then had an interview a few days later. The recruiter provided some good information but made their company seem like they would support the candidate throughout the whole process and provide feedback but that was not the case. The interviewer was a bit rude and diminished my experience.
