Interview
Applied through posting on campus career site/online. Got a call to schedule a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview was great and straightforward (behavioral interview). Got a call a few days later to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview was scheduled for a few weeks after the initial interview, and the scheduling was seamless. The on-site interview was at the corporate office in Louisville and they provided great details about how to reach the hotel and how to get to-and-from the hotel to the offices. The hotel stay was fantastic and the drop-off/pick-up was seamless. The main office building was busy and impressive. Checked in at the desk and was escorted to the floor that my interview was on. The interview began promptly on time and everyone was extremely nice. It was a panel style interview with four interviewers and three asked behavioral questions while one asked any other questions relating to background and project work. The interview lasted one hour and was over. I was told I would get a call within the next two weeks. I flew back that day and the next morning I received a call with an offer. It was a very positive experience.
