I emailed asking about the program and submitted my resume. A week later I had a phone interview with them. They were really nice and it was the normal, basic interview. Upon acceptance, they will do background check on you which takes a couple weeks.

One interview; the questions were straightforward and there was nothing out of left field. Had two interviewers, both were very personable and made the interview a very positive experience . Heard back sooner than expected.

After a few emails and a quick phone call, there was a thirty minute in person interview at the MD office with basic questions about your interest, experience, availability, etc
