This was not a very enjoyable interview experience. HR was incredibly friendly and helpful and mentioned there would be a group interview, but left out it would be with nearly 10 people on a conference call. The call started without anyone announcing what company was calling. I was dropped into a conference line and then a gentleman announced we have and name after name. No titles, no further introductions. As soon as he finished with the list of names I was hit with the first question. There was no initial rapport building or feeling each other out. The whole interview was a confusing process of random speakers jumping in to ask questions. There were far too many people involved for an initial technical interview. The whole process felt very cold and no one really added any personality to the interview.
