Had an initial call with someone in HR which included very general questions about myself and also to determine best fit/area of placement within the bank. About a month later I had three calls with three different teams I could potentially work with. Two of the calls were typical, first an explanation of the position then questions about my experience. The third call was a more in depth description of a position within a different office, no questions about myself, a lot of time to ask my own questions about position.
