Interview
Interviewed for a new branch so the process took awhile as they posted well in advance of the opening. Applied online and was contacted by recruiter and she asked basic qualifying questions. Next step would be in person interview; this took awhile as it was ~1 month before they were starting to hire for this branch. After the wait, next was an in person interview with district manager, then sent me for realistic job preview and branch manager interview. Called next day with job offer.
I first had a set of questions I needed to answer and then filmed myself answering 2 questions. Only had 2 retries to re-film answers. Received a call about 3 weeks later to discuss qualifications.

Interview
Online recorded interview , followed by a phone screening then an interview with a community manager and branch manager. Timely process with a lot of run around. They make you wait weeks, and tell you each week they’ll have an answer the following and never happens. Then, you’ll get a generic email starting you didn’t get the job. The recruiter doesn’t even have the decency to reach back out to tell you that.

Interview
The manager was extremely nice and professional. I can’t say all the managers are as good as mine was. They will usually be one on one and they don’t involve higher up management.
