Contacted to come in person for an interview. The interview was about 15-20min or so. Panel interview with the Director and team. Basic questions on why I am interested/applied and then describing the position to me. No behavioral questions or situational questions. A lot of staring and smiling at me as they seem unprepared with questions or their interview process.
