A few days later, called me in for questions, etc. Asked a variety of questions like what did I like about teaching, why I wanted to teach there, etc. I was hired immediately and had to review lot of books and then shadowed other employees on the tutoring floor.

YOU WILL have to pass and do VERY well on ACT/SAT if you would like to do that instead. For most of us, that was years ago and I couldn't get the top 5-10%....I guess I should have studied more.
