Interview
It was a personal interview with the manager that lasted about half an hour. The questions were follow-up details on the experience listed in my resume, my approach to teaching, and my reasons for wanting the job. When I was called back it was for an opportunity to meet the owner and to take the verbal portion of an ACT, as well as the essay, which I had to complete under normal timing restrictions.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Huntington Learning Centers (San Antonio, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
Most of the hiring came from my resume and cover letter. The interview was really a discussion of what I would be doing and if I'd still be interested in the job. I'm a former teacher, so I basically got hired right away. My director was very kind and talkative. Overall it was an easy interview.
