I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Huntington Learning Centers (Tulsa, OK) in May 2011
Interview
After an initial phone screen, I was interviewed twice, once with both of the Directors at the Center. They asked fairly standard questions about past experience, describing weaknesses or past professional challenges, etc. I had to take an ACT exam after the first interview to make sure that I could pass each of the sections with a score above a 30. In the second interview, I was also asked to mock tutor the Director using an ACT problem.
