Quick interview process. As this company experiences absurdly high turnover you will likely get the job as long as you can demonstrate 1) that you can drive sales and 2) you have some passion for and expertise in education. The post-interview onboarding process is what's tricky.

Interview
I went into my center with my resume and followed up a week later, at which point I was scheduled for an interview. The interview was relaxed and pleasant. I was told that I was given the job and asked to schedule a time to take a practice ACT exam. I came in and took it and began my training the next day. Shortly after training, I was scheduled for job shadowing. The process was easy, but it didn't cut corners. I felt fully prepared to begin work after going through training and shadowing.
