long process, phone interview then in person interview along with a long waiting time to hear back even if you get hired. total process took almost 2 months. i would do a lot different during this process like try to get higher pay.

Interviewed on the phone and in person. Spoke about the position. Not a ton of questions about my experience or capabilities. Was questioned if I’d get board with the work. Over all not a great experience, I got the feeling they had already made the decision before interviewing me.
