I had to email and call multiple times to get my interview scheduled over the course of 3 weeks. During the interview, I was asked multiple ways I would improve the store sales and marketing. I was told I did well, and he would follow up to do hiring paperwork. I never got called back or emailed. When I tried to call, I was told HR did not have me on file and would not let me speak to the manager.

The interview process was easy with it first being an initial phone call and then another phone call. The interviewer just asked basic background questions and also told more about the internship.
