Interview
It was easy to apply online. They called me in and the interview was very relaxed. The manager sat down with me and inquired about my previous work experience. After learning my skillset, he was very eager to not just fill the night position, but to find a good place where my skills would do best for the company.
In-person interview scheduled via a texted link. Interview lasted about 25 minutes. It was 1-on-1 with the HR rep. We sat in a booth in the Wahlburger's part of the store.

Interview
I was brought into the office and at the manager's desk he explained to me that he expects employees to "hustle." After the interview he fast-walked me back up to the customer service desk, like a race. I was supposed to keep up and somehow prove I could "hustle." I've seen the employees "hustling," I shop there. They don't.
