very quick. If you are female and have a family and can smile, that seems to be the only qualification needed. The store director meets with each individual applying. This step was not in my case, only the HR director visited with myself.
There is an interview with the hiring manager. They ask you about your past employment and the hours you want. They go over salary, hours, and job detail. usually tell you if hired right then or not
