You meet with the Assistant Produce Manager in a conference room. He tries to find out how knowledgeable you are about produce and customer service. There were several candidates so the process took several days to complete. The company will provide testing for a food safety certification. A mandatory drug screen will be administered before the completion of the hiring process.
