I applied online and heard back the next day and had an interview that same day. I interviewed with the store director. Had to go to customer service, then they lead me to a back employee room where I sat on a bench for 10 minutes or so. The director came out introduced himself to me and lead me to his office in the back of the building. Interview was 30 mins long and he was flipping through 20 or so questions he had pre-written down. He was nice and everything but a lot of the questions were just dumb and had nothing to do with the job. I heard back from him 3 days later and he told me he decided to hire someone internally.
