I was brought into the office and at the manager's desk he explained to me that he expects employees to "hustle." After the interview he fast-walked me back up to the customer service desk, like a race. I was supposed to keep up and somehow prove I could "hustle." I've seen the employees "hustling," I shop there. They don't.
