Interview
After I applied, HR texted me asking when a good time was for an in person interview. You interview with HR, they asked me questions such as what I was expecting pay wise, things about my last job, the usual. They also asked if I had any questions at the end, employers like when you actually ask them questions so keep that in mind.
The interview process was not difficult and it was easy to talk to employers. Basic interview questions - questions such as: strength/weakness, accomplishments, how do you handle stress, etc. I had one interview and then was offered the job.
Short interview in store, asked common questions, called a few days after I put in the application to check on the status and got an interview during that call. Waited in the cafe for the HR manager to come get me.
