Interview was of 2 rounds with US team. First round was with technical team from US . They ask more about your work experience, client handling challenges faced in your work. They make you feel comfortable in the interview . However the second HR cum managerial round is not as per industry standard . They ask same questions asked in first round . Panel consisted of some non technical manager guy asking same question in the second round. They also don't have clarity on their candidate requirement . Seems the company does not have standard hiring process in IT. Hiring Job description was different in the second round . They wanted scrum master to do PO role too which was not case in first round. Overall in the interview they make you feel comfortable.
