Was given a very basic tour of the facility, then taken to a conference room for the interview. The man doing the interview explained that he has only been with the company for 3 months and wouldn't be able to answer every question I could have, as he himself was still learning things. He couldn't explain what benefits they offered other than "a full package."
The interview itself was a lot less than I was expecting. He had a printout questionnaire, almost like a worksheet, "I'll ask the questions, you give me your answer, then I'll write them down." The questions were things like "sometimes you have to work as a team, give an example of you working on a team", "sometimes you have to work by yourself, give an example of you working by yourself", and other very basic questions. The job listing itself implied that it was armed, but I was told that it was unarmed. When I asked further about that he listed off All the qualifications they would want in an armed guard, all of which were on the listing. All in all, I was only there for about 10-15 minutes.
There was no follow ups or any form of contact, I had to go and look up the status of my application in order to find out that I had been denied.
