I was interviewed by the human resources manager, he asked me why I wanted the job, how I could serve customers, and what customer service meant to me. He also knew my dad so it was kindof easy to get in. It's easy to get a job here as long as you can present yourself in a respectful manner and show an eagerness to apply yourself and serve customers

Very easy. Look up basic interview questions and that is it. I walked in a few minutes early and was greeted by an HR representative. They were very friendly and easy going. They asked 10 to 15 questions. The HR rep. talked about the position a little and what was expected as well as what would happen if you were to move forward. At the end, they offered me the job and gave me a sheet of paper with what i would like to be compensated and how many hours etc.
