2 step interview. 1st step is with manager, a pretty easy discussion about why you want the role and also why it is the right fit for you. 2nd step is another interview with different manager.
Interview process was standard for this entry level role. I had quite a bit of grocery experience. Discussed the training process, starting as a bagger, then grocery clerk. Very flexible with my college schedule so it’s important to be up front about college schedule.
