I applied through indeed.com and I was called by the project manager on phone for initial screening and then was called onsite for an interview.
They did send me a online java and oracle test. I had to call them after two weeks to know the result.
During onsite interview they ask you to write a simple program.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland
Interview
The interview process had 4 round... first was a HR interview.... then there was a online test to be completed (which had programming and database questions)... then there was a technical interview and lastly a HR interview. The first interview was just a getting to know you interview, but the second one was very technical and lasted about 1 hour.

Question 1
What would you do differently if given a chance on your previous project?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH) in Mar 2011
Interview
It was incredibly laid back. My manager now walked into the room wearing flip flops and he had gauges in his ears. That just speaks to the kind of culture that we have hear at Hyland Software. Im currently wearing a suit because I dress in C-level attire on Thursdays. They asked me questions about my experiences and aspirations, just like any other company would.
