The interview process was three parts. When I first arrived, I had 30 minutes to take a test that basically measured my knowledge of SQL, as well as a Quickbooks. The test also had some basic HR questions such as ranking various traits in order of best to worst. (Honesty, getting job done, etc.)
The second part of the interview process had me interview with the HR Recruiter where she asked me various questions about my background and where I was hoping to be with Hyland. She detailed what working here was like and asked me what I knew about the company. Afterwards, I interviewed with a department leader and manager. They asked me a few questions about my previous technical experience and asked me questions on how I would solve certain problems.
Finally, the third part of the interview process was a technical test where I was asked to navigate around a computer, open a command prompt, ping an IP address, etc.
All in all, the interview probably took about 2.5-3 hours.
