Entrevista divida em 4 etapas. A primeira com apresentação da empresa, do software, teste psicológico, redação, teste sobre conhecimentos gerais e descrição de código C#.
A segunda etapa foi um entrevista via Zoom com Gerente de Projeto e Lideres.
Terceira etapa se seguiu com 2 semanas de treinamentos, onde era necessário o minimo de 80% nas provas para prosseguir.
E a ultima etapa foi realizada uma entrevista com Brazil Manager.

The interview process was very enjoyable and casual. It felt more like an easy conversation than an interview. I interviewed with a manager and an individual on the team. Both were respectful and calm and exuded a very comforting energy.

The Manager was was pretty good, had genuine and technical questions related to the job role, scenario based questions. Not easy to crack though, but already I made an attempt

Phone interview. Called 6 minutes late, and had someone elses resume instead of mine... then they asked me 1 question, snubbed my experience a bit by not reading past my most recent job, and ended the call very quickly, instead of asking me any relevant questions about the company, my interests, etc.
