Applied online.
I got an f2f interview call in couple of days.
Interviewer was good and positive.
It was arroud 30 mins of discussion which went very well.
Note for HR : There can be 100 reasons for not getting selected for a position. But in all cases you should have at least inform the candidate about the final status of the application. Otherwise you cant blame me if I go back with a negative impression of your organization.
It was a smooth process. Two rounds of interviews, very direct to what they need in skills and communication. The decision was made within a few hours after the interview, and onboarding time was quick, but you need to play catch up as you will need to hit the ground running.
