I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH) in May 2015
Interview
I was recommended by someone internally. I had a phone interview then an in-person interview that lasted 2 hours. The first hour was supposed to be a technical assessment however the computer wasn't working so I just talked with the HR person for the first hour, answered more interview questions. The second hour I met with 2 team leaders. It has been 8 business days and I have not heard a peep. I have contacted the 2 HR contacts there 3 times by way of e-mail with no response. They were very responsive before the interview. I am assuming at this point that they are not looking to continue in the hiring process but need to fill out some form on their end before I get the rejection letter.
The questions were pretty standard PM questions. After reading other posts on this site I was prepared for some sort of strange brain teaser or other curve ball. But the questions were really standard questions you could find on any interview website for a project manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q. Tell me about a time when you had a difficult client that you had to work with and how did you resolve the problem?
Q. How do you stay current with they latest trends in project management?
Q. If your client called you on a Monday after a go-live on Friday with 10 issues what would you do?
A. They are looking for you to say "prioritize" the issues first and then work on them
Q. What is your favorite phase SDLC?
Q. What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Q. What are you working on right now to improve your skills?
Q. How do you feel about travel? And they went on to explain how their travel schedule works.
That is as much as I can remember.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2021
Interview
Senior Project Manager
Removed my name from consideration after a disjointed interview.
The recruiter and interviewers did not seem to be on the same page. It felt like they were interviewing for different positions.
The lack of internal alignment was a concern.

Question 1
90% of the questions had do with network engineering and data security, and if I had those certifications. None of which were in the job description or mentioned by the recruiter (or on my resume).
This was after starting the interview stating that they were looking for a skilled PMs and not technical subject matter experts.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2020
Interview
First interview was a phone screen. 2nd interview was with two managers. 3rd interview was with the hiring manager. Everyone was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. It was a great process.

Question 1
Can you explain why you’re wanting to leave your current position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Cleveland, OH) in Sep 2019
Interview
Transparent and quick; the recruiter I dealt with was amazingly helpful in guiding me through the process. I never wondered where I stood or felt under-prepared. I never felt like I was being "over-interviewed" like with other companies that seem to drag the process out unnecessarily
